Wir haben ein Aufgabenblatt erhalten und sollen die Prepostitionen einsetzen. Daher wäre es nett, wenn sich das mal jemand dsurchlesen könnte. Bei 4 oder 5 Sätzen weiß ich überhaupt nicht, was ich einsetzen muss.

So das wären alle Sätze, wäre echt dankbar, wenn mir das mal einer verbessern und in den Lücken sinnvoll ergänzen könnte. da ich alle Sätze auch noch ins deutsche übersetzen muss, und das auch schon getan habe, bis auf die Sätze die Lücken haben.

Es wäre mir auch sehr wichtig zu wissen, ob ich die Präp. ansonsten richtig habe, was ich leider nicht glaube und vllt hast du noch Zeit und Lust das zu verbessern? Ich wäre so für die in naher Zukunft anstehende Englischarbeit auch besser gerüstet.
Ich habe auch gelesen, dass sich selbst viele Englischlehrer mit Präpos. sehr schwer tun, da ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass man als Schüler noch mehr Probs hat.

Die "Profis" helfen gerne aber nur, wenn man sieht, die Schüler haben sich erst einmal besonders bemüht, die Antworten zu finden.
Mit einem guten Wörterbuch (Pons, Collins, Langenscheidt etc. etc.) lassen sich all diese Ausdrücke samt dazugehörigen Präpositionen finden.
Mach dich bitte noch einmal ran! Überprüfe alles und dann meldest du dich noch einmal! Wer selber nach der Antwort gesucht hat, erinnert sich eher dran, als wenn er/sie die Antwort geschenkt bekommen hat.

Möglich, aber ich tippe darauf, dass die Kinder sich nicht hinter dem alten Mann verstecken wollten, sondern sich VOR ihm versteckten, dann bräuchte man eine andere Präposition.

16 The policeman prevented the man from jumping down the bridge.
Nochmals überlegen, bzw. nachschauen.
24 The pupil persisted on taking part at the competition.
Hier sind beide Präpositionen falsch. Allerdings stilistisch müsste man "persist" mit "insist" ersetzen, dann würde auch "on" stimmen.
29 Don't be sad. Put up in the fact that your partner has left you. You surely will get by it in the long run.
Im dritten Satz ist ebenfalls "by" falsch.
31 If you hurry up now you can make for the time lost.
