Telefongespräch:
Ich: I want to speak Mr. X
Sie: Mr. X is not in the office
Wie drückt man nun die folgenden Fragen in Englisch richtig aus ?
Ich: Wann ist er wieder zurück oder wann ist Mr. X wieder im Büro ?
Danke !

here would be a polite conversation over the phone.
Me: Hello, may I please speak with Mr. X?
Secretary: I'm sorry, but Mr. X is not currently in his office. May I take a message?
Me: No, I prefer to speak with him privately. Do you know when he will be back in the office?
Secretary: He should be back within the next hour or two. If you give me your name and number, I would be happy to have Mr. X call you back upon his return.
Me: OK, that would be great. My name is Bob and my number is xyz-xyz.
Secretary: Thank you. I will have him call as soon as possible.
Me: I appreciate that. Bye.
Secretary: Have a nice day!

Ich nehm mal nur die erste Häfte, das reicht dann auch.
with Mr. X. ?????? meinst du to Mr. X. (same difference)
He is not currently ???? was ist das für ein Satz? (he is not currently is his office = he is not in his office at this time)
Was du schreibst hat mehr Fehler als das was ursprünglich hier geschrieben wurde. (no, it doesnt)
with him ???? meinst du "to him" (to him = with him, same difference)
privately ???? meinst du "in person" (they r the same thing. privatly is propably better in this sense)
ok - stop trying to correct ALL my posts, cuz u r wrong and your bein really rude.
