Who knows the difference in use for thus and therefore??? I don't see the difference.

Unfortunately, there is one 
. Somebody told me the difference but I do not remember. It was in a scientific writing course. One is used if you add something new (she explained it more detailed, and it might have been something different), but I do not know which one and if I look up in a dictionary or anywhere else I still cannot get it - stupid me
