Hallo,
ich bin in Englisch eine totale Niete. Muss nun aber eine Präsentation über eine Seightseeing Tour in New York halten.
Und da wäre es wirklich sehr hilfreich wenn jemand diesen Text mal korrigieren könnte...

Our second day in New York city begins with a breakfast in the Central park. So that we can enjoy, however, so much as possible of the surroundings, we buy to ourselves in addition only one Coffee to go and a Bagel or muffin.
Above all, on the week-end one can enjoy in the Central park a quite special atmosphere. Since especially on week-ends many inhabitants of New York flow out, in nice weather to float in the park around sport to enjoy the weather to drive oar boat or to have a look at one of many shows, from solo entertainers or musicians. The Central park has originated according to the model of English and French parks and the biggest, public park is America and has a big value in the life of all inhabitants of New York. He is not only the biggest park America separate to the whole world and the " green lung " is also called. If one the beauty and variety of the plants sees it falls very heavy to believe this park always there was not separate within 20years mainly from human hand was created. The park makes hay enclosed an area of 3.4 square kilometres. But the Central park is not only an impressive green arrangement in one can watch many "plays", but, among the rest, he contain also the Central park Wildlife centre. This is a zoo in the middle of Manhattan in about 450 animals to her at home have found. But also culturally the park has to offer something, for example, the Literary Drumming with statues of significant authors. Also many kinds of arrangements are offered in the park. Under it readings and theatrical performances of Shakespeare.
And after we have had breakfast now and have strengthened ourselves for the day, as well as some music tape and streets theatre groups have watched it goes off with our sightseeing tour of New York only properly. Our next stop is of the Battery a park, in the most southern corner Manhattens. This coastal stripe was named after the Geschützen here earlier in defence of the harbour were put up. Today in this park the so-called "tourist harbour" of New York lies, beside many monuments, also, because from here file the ferry to the statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, just like the Staten Island ferry. From here we drive with the ferry to Liberty Island around the Satue of Liberty to visit. " Lady Liberty ", as it is also called, is a friendship present of France to the USA. The statue is 46 metres and stands on a base of 50-metre height. On the 28th October, 1886 the statue was revealed as a symbol dür the immigration land the USA by the president at that time Grover Cleveland. In 1986 lady Liberty was restored after hundred-year-old existence thoroughly. Around the however view from the crown enjoy to is able to one must go up only an apparently endless stair. After we had got over this strain, however we were recompensed with a fantastic view.
Because we want to could now at Manhattan from aerial height we to us now a little with the history of New York occupy and with the ferry further to Ellis drive Island. This island is also called " island of hopes " or " island of the tears ". When in 1892 the immigration place Castle could not master guards in Lower Manhattan the stream of the immigrants any more, it was moved to Ellis Island. But only in 1900 the building like it today on Ellis became Island stands in use taken, because the previous building burnt itself down in 1897. In 1924 the congress fixed strict immigration regulations, so that the number of the immigrants sank from this time. Since ill and old people, as well as single women might not enter. All people to New York wanted to immigrate, were examined first for Ellis Island. At that time the halls of the building were overcrowded with people on her investigation and on her next decision waited. If one sees how big these halls are one can fancy only hard like it at that time for the people had to have been here about hours or also days to wait. In 1956 the board of control was closed and been opened in 1990 as an Ellis Island museum of immigration for visitors. Ellis Island and Liberty Island belong together to the statue of Liberty Nationwide monument.
After we have explored yesterday New York on wheels we do today on the water. Since skyline of New York is always worth a sight. And this sight is especially impressive especially on a journey all around Manhattan. Since in such a journey one can have a look at Manhattan of all sides what is heavy, otherwise, between all skyscrapers sometimes, nevertheless, a little bit. The 35-mile trip on the water all around the island Manhattan with the Circle Line is probably the most unusual city tour in New York - a meeting with many places and areas which one could not find, otherwise, in the absence of time or knowledge. Immediately at the beginning of the round trip we see the former pier of the harbour and New Jersey, the former, German quarter. Now after the travelling round of the south point Manhattans we cross many bridges the Manhattan with the outlying districts of New York connect. Besides, on one side one sees the skyscraper gulches and on the other side Brooklyn. Now after many bridges we see many small islands all around Manhattan. To Roosevelt Island we leave the East River and turn into the Harlem River. Now Sodas we can marvel at at Harlem and at the Bronx. Already we see the domed building the sound of Fame of Great Americans and return in the Hudson. After we have seen now still the other side of New Jersey and George Washington Bridge we reach our starting point and again steady ground under the feet. We exchange this steady ground, however, immediately again for a mobile mat. Since our next attraction is Brooklyn bridge which is to be reached, unfortunately, with the Subway from the Battery park badly. So that we drive coaches to our purpose this time with one of the world-famous Yellow. On the foot Brooklyn bridge our journey is to ends so that we best known of all New York bridges on foot to Brooklyn can cross.
The era of the big bridges began in New York with the construction Brooklyn bridge. She originated more than 14 years after the draughts of a German engineer. And at that time counted with her length of 1.8 kilometres as the longest suspension bridge of the world. Both granite towers are 48 metres high in each case and appear when one looks to them, very imposingly. It was opened " The of bridge " for the first time on 24.05.1883 for 7000 well-chosen citizens. When six days later 20,000 people about the bridge might go developed itself after the fall of a woman a mass panic to 12 people to death were pressed. And still today the bridge counts as a landmark of New York. From the middle of the bridge one has a majority-like view of Manhattan which tower above granite towers to us, the countless cars among us and on other bridges in our field of vision in the direction of north appear. After well one three quarters of an hour we leave just two kilometres of the bridge behind ourselves and now have come in the Esplanade. The Esplanade is a promenade on the shore of Brooklyn from which we have once again a breathtaking look at the skyline Manhattans, on the East River and the bay, Staten Island, statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Not only tourists enjoy daily this look, but also countless brides and grooms let here do special wedding photos. Now here in the Esplanade we also eat by evening and can direct from the Restaurante over and over again the look at Manhattan and see like the sun sets and the lights of the city a new picture before our eyes allow to appear. And because we have eaten now substantially we go to the Times Square around still some souvenirs to shop. Then then we come along on the way back in our hotel to relax something else for the return flight tomorrow.

Schonmal Danke für die Mühe
