24 historische Gebäude, verteilt auf fünf Baugruppe, finden Sie derzeit in unserem Museumsdorf. Sie alle wurden hierher versetzt, um möglichst viel von der Originalsubstanz zu retten und alte Zeugnisse historischer Baukunst und Lebensweise zu erhalten - vom Taglöhnerhaus bis zum mächtigen Bauernhaus, vom Weberhaus bis zum Schwarzwaldhof, von der Dorfschmiede und großen Seilerbahn bis zur Mühle und Säge, vom Schul- und Rathaus bis zur kleinen Dorfkirche.
Sie stammen alle aus dem südwestlichen Baden-Württemberg, zum größten Teil aus den klassischen Ferienlandschaften, von der Schwäbischer Alb, aus dem Schwarzwald und aus der nördlichen und westlichen Bodenseeregion, eben genau von dort, wo unser Land am schönsten ist
Twenty-four historical buildings divided into five plots are to be found at this museum, which takes the form of a village. They were all moved here in order to save as much as possible of the original structures and to preserve historic architecture and the old way of life. From the workman’s cottage to the large farmhouse, from the weaver’s to the Black Forest cottage and from the village smithy to the large ancestor to the mill and saw, as well as a school, town hall and small village church. They all originate from south-western Baden-Württemberg, which represents the classic holiday landscape of the Schwabian Alps, the Black Forest and the area around Lake Constance; the most picturesque regions of Germany.
