Right?

Beitrag von KCy »

Huhuuu und aloooha ihr lieben! :freu:

Eure KCy

1. What are the main problems between teenagers and the society?
Teens get bad press. All too often publicity reported about bad teenagers, which are in trouble. We see, hear and read in media about the young runaways and lawbreakers, like burglars, sprayer or hooligans. You rarely hear about the hospital volunteers and the other helpfully workers.
We teenager think, we have no important place in our society. Many parents have not enough time for their children. They leave them und their problems themselves. It’s dangerous, because alcohol and drugs are more easily available. Today's teens also have to worry about AIDS, violence and uncertain job prospects.
Most of teenagers have while the puberty problems with their parents, because they test their limits. There are little rows about the time to go outside, about bad marks, about too loud music or about the slowly readiness to help in house and garden. Parents react with punishments and prohibitions.

2. How would you define a good friend?

Everyone of us has friends. But what’s a true friend? I think there are many words to describe a good friend.
A good friend is someone, who have many of the same interest as you and it is someone who will always listen to you.
Good friends don’t like you for your money or your success. Only for how much of a friend you are to them. You can laugh and cry together when you need and secrets are safe with a good friend. With a good friend you can spend your time. You can always have fun together and you can talk with them about anything at anytime. It is a person with whom you dare to be yourself. True friends doesn’t want you to be better or worse and they help each other. A friend is always by your side and would not let you down. He never hurts and makes fun of you.

3. Have you got any friends? How would you characterize them?

I have many friends. I love, that all of my friends have a great humour. They are similar to me in al lot of ways. Most of my friends say me how they feel, which is great because I can't stand people who act all happy when they are really angry about something! I have many fun with my friends, because we laugh about the same. I can speak with them about problems. They always listen to me.

4. Do you think it’s important to be part of a group? Why? Why not? Think of peer pressure.

I think its really, really important have friends in your age. There are many little groups of friends. I think, it’s okay being a part of them. But it’s not important. Being a part of a group of friend is one thing. But there are groups that mean they don’t like to let other people into their group. Some feel pressure to look and acts like the people in a clique. That’s the danger of peer pressure. You shouldn’t do anything you would normally do, only for being part of a group. Cliques are temporary groups. They won’t last forever. It’s not worth changing yourself. Cliques aren’t always bad. If you’re in a clique, you know how close you feel to your group of friends, and the support they give you is really helpful. The problem comes when cliques are exclusive. There’s no reason to limit friendships! It’s great to make friends with lots of different people. We must be open to the idea of expanding your friendships to people outside your clique.

5. Why is it important that colleagues get on well each other?

Relationships with colleagues are important. A good relationship begins with the ability to communicate, whether in person or through email. You also have to be respectful toward those with people you have to work. These resources will help you have good relationships with colleagues.
Teamwork is important in any business. Especially in large retail outlets team work is a big part of success. Everyone benefits by working together. Team work benefits all departments, sales, profitability and it makes a better work environment for staff and customers as well. It makes us happy to go to work. It also helps to solve problems, deal with the unexpected and makes a safer work environment. Other examples are sport teams. There are no sport team, which wins without teamwork.

6. How would you define teamwork?

Teamwork is important in any business and in other kinds of life. The notion teamwork means different things for different people. Teamwork skills include communication skills and problem solving. A team or a group works to a common goal. In a team you must respect each other, you must be nice, friendly and helpfully.

Wooow... :spin: danke!!! Das ist wirklich toll von dir! :P
