I'm from Vietnam. I speak English not very well but I have some experience of learning E.
First, you reconsider basic gramma (easy - difficult). If you can, you practice short-exercise in a day.
For the vocabulary, you learn 5-8 words in a day (read and write)
Example: Today, you learn 5 words, tomorrow you write and read them, then you start to learn new word.
the first (5 words)- the second (5 old words + 5 new words)- the third (10 old words + 5 new words)- the fourth (10 old word + 5 new words because you remember 5 word of the first)- repeat

Hey...
I'm very familiar with such kind of problems.... Now you're saying that you're learning english daily... the question that might come up is the way how you're learning it??? It would be very helpful for you if you watch english channels such as the BBC, CNN or any other english-speaking channel... or read books...
Try to speak to people with good english knowledge or even to native speakers and don't be ashamed of making mistakes while speaking.... this is something usual...
In fact if you spend your summer vication in an english-speaking country your english will defenitliy improve....
