Hilfe bei Präposition

Vielleicht könnt ihr mir weiter helfen.
Es geht um Präpositionen.
Heißt es "On this picture you can see flowers."? oder "In that picture there are cars.".... oder gibt es beide Präpositionen in Verbindung mit "picture"?
Wäre toll, wenn ihr mir helfen könntet.

It's always IN the picture..
If you say ON it may sound like something is standing ON it.. literally.. just sounds funny
