Hallo,

es wäre nett wenn jemand mal meinen Text begutachten würde. Wie erwähnt hab ich mit dieser Sprache große große probleme :(. Aber der, neben dem studium laufende Volkshochschulkurs, wird mir sicherlich weiterhelfen. Wiedermal ist mir aufgefallen das meine Sätze zu lang und kompliziert werden, und dadurch meist grammatikalisch flasch.
Naja, schaut mal bitte drüber, sonst blamier ich mich morgen wieder ;)

Facility Management is a relative new job in Germany. However, the facility managers become more and more important for each company, which have many buildings.

The facility manager coordinate all essential technique and economic things to provide a building. These are for example, architecture design, computers, engineering and cost management. They are two FM services. On the one hand, the services of hard facility management. They including building maintenance, mechanical and electrical services, energy management, space planning and design, ground maintenance and landscaping and finally lifecycle found management.
On the other hand, the soft facility management services. Soft facility management services typical means catering, cleaning and security services. Finally, the coordination of these services and they specialists, is an other important task.

So the facility manager is not a specialist, but he is great in all parts of building management. As an result of it, it is easy to find a job as an facility manager.
