Plural of data and information

Hello everybody!
Have I got to use singular or plural with data and information.

e.g. The data is or are stored. This information is relevant. Can I say: These information are relevant if I want to emphasis that there are many information (plural)?

It is always "This information is relevant", no plural here.
You can say"This data was collected.." or in tchnical English "These data show ...."
