Danke im Voraus

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, my name is Janine Kräuter and I am here to talk about the importance of good manners.
Let me start with telling you a little story. In our class nobody listen and pay attention to the teachers. Everybody talks and laugh. The teachers can´t help the pupils and teach them so the pupils won´t learn anything and won`t pass the year.
Hier und Heute
Everybody should know how to behave. Good manners are for example are to greet, to be civilized, be polite and be tolerate. Good manners are important because if you don’t have them you are awkward. If you know how to behave you will get along with the other people and they will show you respect.
It is a necessity to have a social behaviour. Modern etiquette instructs us to: to have respect, offer hospitality equally and generously to our guests, wear clothing suited to the occasion, contribute to conversations without dominating them, offer a chair or a helping arm to those who need assistance, eat neatly and quietly, avoid disturbing others with loud music or unnecessary noise, follow the established rules of a club, arrive promptly when expected, and respond to invitations promptly.
Don’t critic a person because of the appearance.
Etiquette prescribes and restricts the ways in which people interact with each other, and show their respect for other people by conforming to the norms of society.
You should care about the other people and respect them.
You can learn good manners from your parents, teachers, friends or other people.
You can accommodate you to other people.
Some people don’t know how to behave because they didn’t learned it.
Maybe the parents haven’t time for their children. Show such people how to behave.
Some people also don’t want to be civilised and don’t want to behave.
There are some basic rules at the table like: Wash your hands before and after a meal.
Don’t make too much noise and don’t talk with food in your mouth.
Wait until everyone else is sitting down before starting to eat.
Help clear the dishes. Place your knife and fork across the top of your plate when you are finished eating.
Don’t talk to your handy all the time and if then excuse.
Say excuse me if you must interrupt when someone else is talking or telling a story.
Say please and thank you.
Thanking people for gifts and other acts of kindness.
Es muss sich etwas ändern
This illustrates what the situation is like.
It is obvious that we have to change the current situation because if the teachers can`t explain the pupils the topic of the subject, the pupils wont pass the year.
Maßnahmen
Therefore, let me start with the following suggestion: Everybody should try to be quiet and should pay attention to the teacher.
I suggest the following measures:
The people who make noise and are annoying should be thrown out of the class or they should make extra homework or a referat. The teachers should allow whisper because the pupils can`t be calm the whole day. The pupils will agree if the teachers make suggestions for example when the subject will end 5 minutes earlier or when they don’t get homework if the pupils are cooperative.
Appell
Don’t critic a person because of the appearance! Show respect and offer hospitality if someone need it!
Don’t interrupt others while they’re talking!
Do not comment on personal appearances or clothes in a negative way; if you cannot say something complimentary, do not say anything at all!
Do not ask too many intimate or invasive questions the first few times that you meet a person!

Don’t critize a person because of the(?) appearance!
Kann ich schreiben:
Dont critize a person because of the persons appearance?
Also keine Person wegen ihrem Aussehen kritisieren.
You can accommodate yourself(?) to other people.

"i buy me/myself a bike"
sondern
"i buy a bike"
