It’ looks like a powder or flour. It is taken as remedy by eye specialists too. This drug you must snuff. Cocain has the effects to remove pain and start adrenalin. The people who take drugs can become depressions and persecution mania.
Marijuana: It is produce from the hemp plant. This plant grow in warm places with many sunshine. Marijuana has a lot of other names, like dope or hash. Since 1960 this stuff is vorbidden in the most countrys of the EU. Marijuana is most the first drug of drug addict. This drug is not dangerous, but often the user of the drug is after the taking the dangerous.
It is very simple to get this drug from a pusher. A pusher is a dealer. That’ s a man or a woman who deals with drugs. The dealing with drugs is inexcusable too. You can take this drug in a reefer or in a pipe.

- "People who take more drugs as usually can die. This people are called drug addicted." Not quite: "drug addicted" simply means drogensüchtig.
- "But most it is white" -> But most of the timeit's white - klingt besser
- "Since 1960 this stuff is forbidden " stuff is quite colloquially. I'm not sure wheather your teacher would like expressions like this
- "Since 1986, this drug is under the german law" - do you mean: "is forbidden by law"?
- "So everyone see, that it is better if you aren’t taking drugs" - I would write: "As you see its better to take no drugs" simply sounds better in my opinion

By the way - If we have to do an oral report we arn't allowed to simply read our text to the audience. We arn't even allowed to have a written text (well, we could do it, but it would have consequences on our marks
)
So we should take notes and hold a free speach. That's the way I prefer it.
