Ich bräuchte wieder einmal eure Hilfe. Ich muss einen Text zu folgender Aufgabenstellung schreiben.
Is TV a good thing or a bad thing? Describe and explain your personal opinions about television.
Diesen Text habe ich dazu geschrieben:
Personally I think TV is very important as a way of getting information. I like newa because when there is a catastrophe somewhere in the world, it helps to see pictures, which show the full reality of the situation.
I can't say TV is a good thing or a bad thing because there are many advantages and disadvantages and TV is the most important medium today. In the different TV channel one's can experience about politics, economy and sport. A lot of regional TV channel report on events from the differents regions. Some TV programmes can stimulate people to be creative and do things with other people. They can learn about a new hobby or other things.
Everyone can improve one's mind but one's must see differents programmes because the different channel answer for differents opinion. I do like to see films of music events or sport events. I don't have to put on any special clothes and I can watch what I want. First of all I don't have to sit in the same seat all the time, either. I enjoy watching wildlife programmes and reports about strange countries and strange cultures. I like this reportages. And I like reportages about families with a lot of children and their life or people, who are building a house or renovate it.
But TV watching has some disadvantages. I don't like soap operas tough. I am of the opinion that soap operas are give little room for individual imagination. The action and the stories nearly are all the same. Every channel has his own soap opera. There is not real live. I hate violence and hooror movies on TV either. The fact is that these movies are harmful to children. Some channel has in the afternoon cartoons with much violence. That is why I always watch TV together with my children. First we select the program and then we watch TV. After that we speak about the program. Sometimes the children don't understand something and then they ask me.
Some parents using the TV as a babysitter. Is bad for children to watch many TV. Some children don't learn exactly speaking but sometimes the parents are the best example for their children. They have the TV on the whole evening.
