Hallo, ich bin mir bei den Verbformen noch etwas unsicher, ob ich auch das Richtige unterstrichen habe.
Ich bin jetzt so vorgegangen, bei beispielsweise b) had to unterstreiche und nicht "apply", da es noch im Infinitiv steht.
Ich bin mir bei dem Ganzen noch etwas unsicher und bräuchte eine Bestätigung, ob ich es auch hoffentlich richtig verstanden habe.

b) He must apply for a new passport.

…He had to apply for a new passport.

c) I have to give you a new one.

…I had to give you a new one.

f) They haven’t got to go back, have they?

i) They fear that there may be a drastic rise in prices.

Der Ausdruck "has got [something]" hat die gleiche Bedeutung wie "has [something]" und wird im Simple Past einfach zu "had" (Past Perfect: "had had"). "Had got" (Br) / "had gotten" (US) hat eine andere Bedeutung, nämlich ganz normal die Past Perfect Form von "to get" (get > got > had got/gotten).

i) They fear that there may be a drastic rise in prices.

…They feared that there might be a drastic rise in prices. fear > feared

Wie du das mit dem Unterstreichen machst scheint mir in Ordnung, aber pass auf, dass du das Verb nicht änderst (e und g) und Simple Past nicht mit Past Perfect verwechselst (h und i).
