es geht um eine Steuerrückerstattung aus Ungarn. Auf die Nachfrage hin wann mit der Rückerstattung gerechnet werden kann, erhielt ich folgenden Text, mit dem ich nicht wirklich etwas anfangen kann:
"From 1 January 2018 in the appeal or in the procedure following an appeal, - except of grounds for
nullity - no new facts or new evidence can be presented of which the party entitled to appeal was
aware before the date of the decision of first instance but which it failed to present despite the tax
authotitys special request to do so.
In the light of the foregoing, I request that the documents requested by this decision be made
available to the first instance tax authority within 1 month from receipt of this decision, otherwise they may not be considered by the tax authority during the appeal procedure."
Habe ich es richtig verstanden, dass etwaige Dokumente fehlen? Es wurde auch noch ein weiterer Text mitgeschickt, dummerweise komplett auf ungarisch...
