He's shown, what is correct?

In this article, the author describes that sometimes it's dificult to distinguish between different tenses if the 's is used.
Therefore one should always have a look at the ending of the verb.

But there is an example where it's impossible to tell by the ending.
Ex.: he's shown -> he is shown or he has shown. How can you tell which one is the one I meant to say? (Need the shortcut for a song, therefore I can't use the normal sentence length).

you're right, without context you can't tell which meaning is intended. But in your song there will be a context that will take care of that, I'm sure.
Could you give us the lines you have in mind?

you're totally right..  the context should be able to handle it.
The line is:

"I know he will remain. He's shown
I am not on my own"
