Ein instruction training ist ein Einfuehrungstraining - das kann sich auf einen Job beziehen, oder auf eine neue Aufgabe, oder wie (nehme ich an) Neila meinte ein Einfuehrungstraining in einem Fitnessstudio   .

Cross fit ist ein Intervallstraining im Fitnessstudio  .

Flights habe ich stehen lassen, da ich davon ausgehe, dass es keinen Direktflug von Deutschland nach Montreal gibt? Da kann ich mich natuerlich auch taeuschen.
