Do adjective endings in newspaper titles change depending on whether the paper is subject or object of a sentence?
If the title of a newspaper in nominative form is "Stuttgarter Neues Tagblatt", but someone speaks of printing a notice in the paper, would the paper's name be changed to reflect the dative?
In other words, would
Die Leitung warnte per Anzeige im "Stuttgarter Neuen Tagblatt" vor dem Flugblatt.
be correct?
Thank you for any assistance.

Yes, names are inflected and if they consist of regular German words those words are inflected appropriately.
