Kleiner Satz

Heyyy, 
ich bin gerade dabei eine Bewerbung auf Englisch zu schreiben. Aber ich bin noch in den Zeiten unsicher und wollte fragen ob bei diesem selbst gebildetem Satz "So I wouldn't have a problem if my host family would be disabled" alles in Ordnung ist, denn ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich etwas falsch gemacht habe.

Was moechest du denn sagen? Du hast kein Problem damit, dass deine Gastfamilie koerperlich behindert ist?

Okay verstehe  , dann wuerde ich so schreiben:

So it would not be an issue if any member of the host family had a disability.

This might be a cultural difference but if it's not a problem....why mention it? Just wondering..

It's unusual in Germany, too. Unless you already know that working with disabled people will be required, you wouldn't and shouldn't mention it at all.
