Hallo,
wir schreiben am demnächst unsere Abschlussklausur. Um müssen dort einen Beschwerdebrief auf Englisch schreiben.
Ich habe mir hier ein Szenario ausgedacht und das mal zu Papier gebracht.
Wäre nett wenn ihr mal drüber schauen könnten:)


We regret to inform you that our order number xy arrived this morning, 6 days late. On checking the consignment we found that 3 of the 15 items (MXK333) has been broken intransit and therefore unusable. Furthermore you sent us 20xMMMM instead of 20xMAAAA "things". Therefore we are returning the broken and the wrong delivery items to you at your expense. We would be grateful if you could sent us the right order an a replacment for the broken items as soon as possible because the goods are needed urgently for our own costumers. Thank you for your help and please advise us by fax when we can espect the delivery to arrive.

Okay danke:) Rechtschreibefehler wurden korrigiert... wie sieht es denn mit dem Aufbau aus? da gibt es ja eine gewisse Struktur für so einen beschwerdebrief.

Noch was...
ist "we are returning you the broken an the wrong delivery item" richtig? oder muss dort "wrong delivered item"?

ist "we are returning the broken/damaged and the wrong delivery item/wrongly delivered article to you" richtig? oder muss dort "wrong delivered item"?
