Thanks for this forum, it would be great if any language had one. 
My name is Dan and I am a mobile developer. I am currently working on a football application, that will soon be released in stores. 
My question is, can you please help me choose a good description for the German Market? I tried Google Translate for several languages  and as far as I can see the translation is good, but not perfect. 

My English text is this:

Please see my correction above. I stuck with a free translation approach to make the text sound less formal. I hope this is alright. Words in parentheses and marked in green can be left out if you like. They're just to improve the general text flow. 

I am not 100% sure that Lieblingteam is one word in German these days? It was before the spelling reform in 2004  .

I would use a more informal language using "du" instead of "sie" for an app shop description.

tiorthan is right, but it depends on who you are addressing. Do you want it to be more informal ? I can correct it in the "Du" form if you like.
