Hi, folks!
I wrote only Katrin's sentences. Helen's sentences were given.
Helen: Of course I have to book a hotel for them. What sort of hotel do you think they would feel the most comfortable in?
Katrin: I favour Claridge's or The Dorchester hotel.
Helen: What about when they visit the company itself? Obviously, they will need a lot of information about the products which they are interested in but what else do you think we should do with them.
Katrin: You could do a guided tour through a factory.
Helen: Then there's the problem of restaurants. What sort of food do you think they would enjoy the most?
Katrin: I think, you can't do something wrong with a Holy Smoke restaurant. They are some different sort of food.
Helen: We have to entertain them too. What activities or trips should we plan for them?
Katrin: You can suggest them Victoria and Albert museum or the Tate Modern.
Helen: You're the only one here who speaks German fluently. I wonder how good their English is. Do we need to hire a translator?
Katrin: No, we don't. They speak English fluently.
Helen: Finally, I have to organise some gifts for them to take home with them. What do you think would be suitable?
Katrin: I think, an iPad with a good bottle of wine is fine as a gift.
Tanks in advance!

Katrin: I think [no comma] you can't go wrong with the Holy Smoke restaurant. They make food that is a bit different.
Helen: We have to entertain them, too. What activities or trips should we plan for them?
Katrin: You could suggestthemthe Victoria and Albert museum or the Tate Modern to them. [Or better: "You could suggest they visit the Victoria and Albert museum or the Tate Modern."
