(I am german) and I just wanted to know what is the meaning of "Money's too tight to mention". I cannot find a translation.

Das bedeutet, dass man so wenig Geld hat, dass man lieber nicht drueber reden moechte.

"I have so little money, it's not actually worth talking about"
