1. When is guy Fawkes night celebrated? (The) Guy Fawkes Night is celebrated on November 5th. (No comma between "November" and "5th")
2. What nearly happened in 1605? The Houses of Parliament were going to be blown up, but the incident was impeded. ("impeded" is fine here - it's a synonym to "prevented")
3. Where do British people celebrate Guy Fawkes night? Some people celebrate in private gardens but the majority of people go to organised events.
4. What is a "guy"? A "guy" is a doll made of old clothes and filled with newspaper.

9. What do children learn to do? They learn how to use fireworks carefully.
10. Where do pets spend Guy Fawkes night? Pets spend Guy Fawkes Night at home.
Not sure why the questions don't have "night" capitalized, but "night" is part of the title of the event, so should be capitalized.

Can I say "Thank's a lot" to you? Is it correct? I mean "a lot" in the end.

Without the apostrophe, yep. It'd just be "Thanks a lot."

then = dann
than = als

I am younger than my husband = ich bin junger als mein Mann
I will see you then = Ich seh' dich dann
