"That was ever produced before"?

I need your help to a sentence that I've written, I'm not 100% sure if this is grammatically correct so may you can help me out.

This is the sentence:
"Titanic is the best movie that was ever produced before!"

In German would it be:
"Titanic ist der beste Film der jemals produziert/gedreht wurde!"

I hope you can help me guys.

By the way, I'm a German guy trying to improve my English skills, I could write my questions in German, but I think it is a way more better to ask in English - so when u see other mistakes that I make in my post etc. then please let me notice
