Hallo, 
ich habe soweit alles in den Lückentext eingetragen. Seht ihr irgendwelche Fehler?

In March Katrin traveled to the south of France. She went by plane and changed planes in Zurich. She (didn’t stay) in a hotel but rented a small apartment on an almond farm. The weather was fantastic; it didn’t rain and was sunny every day. 

After a busy time at work Katrin was tired when she started her holiday, so she got up late and sat in the garden and read books. The owners of the farm were very friendly. They gave her salted almonds and invited her to their home for a drink one evening. They also recommended places to visit and told her the weather forecast. Luckily they spoke very good English.

Katrin loved the area around the farm. She walked in the hills, visited some beautiful, old villages and  rode up a mountain on a small yellow train. 

Of course she also met Claire and Amandine in the centre of Perpignan. They showed her the old part of the city and the three of them drank coffee in the sunshine outside a cafe. 


All in all it (was) a lovely, relaxing holiday. The only problem was that Katrin didn’t learn any new French!

Sieht gut aus! Alles OK. Kleine Anmerkung: Im BrE wäre es "travelled", aber ich weiß ja nicht, was Du favourisierst.
