We have to write a Transfere. And this Transfere should be a Memo of 200 Words. I have to give our two first year apprenticies advice how to keep their workplace safe and how to prevent accidents.
I'm done and I wanted to ask you, what you think about it^^ I know it still has some mistakes in it. I would be glade if you could have a look on it and give some critik how I can correct it.

I am the safety manager of our company XYZ AG in W.
My task is to inform you about the safety rules in our Company.
This document gives you advice how to prevent accidents and helps you to keep your workplace safe.
XYZ AG makes electricity and telecommunication installations. Every year verzeichnet das ESTI (Eidgenössisches Starkstrom Inspektorat) hunderte Elektrounfälle, verursacht durch Elektrofachleute.
To prevent this much Accidents it is given Rules to protect your self.
Nachfolgend wird dir erläutert, welche Gefahren an deinem Arbeitsplatz bestehen und wie du diese vorbeugen kannst.
-Falling objects and material can cause head injuries.
- you can damage your foot easely with Iron nails and other pointed dangerous materials if you wear no safety shoes on the construction
-We work with high voltages and high currents. If you don't follow the five electric safety rules, the accident can end fatal.
-If you notice aspest at work, you must follow the rules.
To prevent these and other risks, we have safety instructions in work safety also when you work with high voltages and high currents.
These safety rules must be observed in any situations:
Worksafety:
Bevor start working you must implement these safety-related measures
-During work time and brakes no drugs allowed.
-Employees are responsible fort he apprenticies safety. The employees must instruct them
-Protecting segnets giveyou information about hazards and proper behavior. You must observe them.
-Machinery and equipment must always be operated in accordance to the manufacturer specifications. Respectively with the instructions to use.
-You must stop using defect equipment and declare it with the red duct tape.
-You only must useflawless ladders and scaffoldings
-Aspesthaktige Materialien dürfen nicht demontiert, bearbeitet oder montiert werden. Bei Verdacht auf Aspest ist der Projektleiter sofot zu informieren.
If you notice aspest at work, you must stop your work immediately. You must not dismount it, edit it or mount it.
-It is not allowed to work under voltage. (Exceptions: work with special safety prescautions your boss gave you).
Work under voltage
If you have to workon equipment which contains voltage, you must follow these five safety instructions:
1. Unlock and disconnect all sides.
2. Protect against reconnection
3. Check for voltageless
4. Ground and short
5. Protect against adjacent live parts
Personal protective equipment (PPE):
Safety is an imprtant part oft he workflow. We assume that our employees the following safety rules know and follow. If you are not sure with the instructions contcact the supervisor, me.
-Customer safety or site operator safety are to comply
-In dangerous situation it is you must waer your PPE.
-Defect or missing parts of your PPE must be replaced. You have to report it to your supervisor.
-Helmet compulsory:
You must waer your helmet when:
-In hazard by falling objects or materials.
-In construction works and bridge works until structural work is finally done.
-When working int the field of cranes, lifting equipment and construction engineering machines
-In dismantling and Rückbau or demolition work
-In work with piping

-All employees in the Kabelbau must wear safetyshoes.
-Hearing protection:
When the noise goes over 85 dB you must wear ear protection (Drilling machine goes upo to 90-95 dB)
-Eye protection:
You have to wear your eye protection when drilling and by activities at the top.
As well in large dust exposure. Also when you dealing with chemicals.
-respiratory protection
In pod for higher dust you should wear a half mask.
-Hand protection
You cannot replace your hands. Be carefull. Protect, clean and care your hands.
