my very big problem: English grammar

vocabs are no problem I learning them fast but grammar is really hard for me. often I forget the tenses or mixed up them. it´s really frustrating! I love the language over everything and wants them to can! one day I want to live in america and before make au pair but for this I really need the grammar. so I looking for someone who is very good in english AND the grammar who will teach me in it. But should speak german to. At least I can everything understand what you explaince.
