hab hier mal ein abstract für meine Bachelorthesis verfasst und wollte fragen ob ihr mal drüben schauen könnt. Ich hab wenig Übung beim Verfassen von englischen Texten, deshalb erwartet bitte keine Meisterleistung was Satzbau und Ausdruck angeht
Wir wäre nur wichtig zu wissen, wo ich grobe Fehler gemacht habe und ob mein eingebautes Vokabular im Zusammenhang passt.

Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit wurde im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Hochschule Musterstadt eingereicht. Gegenstand und Thema ist die Konzeption eines prozessübergreifenden Monitoring von Werkstatt-Durchlaufzeiten im Kundenzentrum der Muster AG in Musterstadt.
Zu Beginn wird die Kennzahl „Durchlaufzeit“, sowie die Chancen und Risiken eines Monitorings erläutert. Des Weiteren werden dem Leser theoretische Grundlagen zum Thema Business Intelligence und Data-Warehousing vermittelt, bevor das im Konzept eingesetzte SAP Business Information Warehouse vorgestellt wird.
Im Kern liefert eine Ist-Analyse wichtige Informationen über die im Monitoring betrachteten Prozesse, die Softwarelandschaft und die bisherige Datenerfassung. Ausgehend von den Ergebnissen der Ist-Analyse wurde ein Konzept für ein Durchlaufzeiten-Monitoring entwickelt. Es beschreibt, die Datenerfassung und –bereitstellung von relevanten Daten im Umfeld von SAP BW. Außerdem wird ein Dashboard-Entwurf für ein visualisiertes Durchlaufzeiten-Monitoring vorgestellt.
Zuletzt werden die gewonnen Erkenntnisse kurz zusammengefasst.
This study presents the final exam of the bachelor programme in business informatics of the university of applied sciences Musterstadt. The purpose is to investigate how a monitoring of workshop troughput times can be implemented in the customer center of Muster AG in Musterstadt.
The first part deals with the troughput time and the opportunities and the risks of monitoring this key figure. Furthermore this thesis gives an overview about business intelligence and data warehousing as well as the SAP Business Information Warehouse, which plays a major role in the concept of the monitoring tool.
In a detailed central section, the results of an analysis provide information about the involved processes, the software landscape and the previous collection of relevant data. On the basis of the results of this current state analysis, a concept for a monitoring tool was developed. It descripes, how necessary data can be collected and provided with SAP BW. In addition a draft shows the possibility of a visualized monitoring such as a dashboard.
