Mit Rechtlichen schritten drohen... wie?

Ich habe etwas bei einem englischen Internethändler bestellt. Dieser schickt die Ware nicht ab und ignoriert all meine Mails die ich ihm schicke.


Ich hab jetzt mit Google Übersetzer und Schulenglisch folgenden Text zusammengekleistert

Dear Sir XY

I have waited long enough for reply from you.
If it continued notanswersto my Mails i ll ourselves forced to take up legal steps.

Sincerely yours, ...

Könnt ihr mir sagen ob das so richtig ist oder vieleicht noch was ergänzen?

mir sind da anscheinend noch fehler reingerutscht die ich so gar nicht gesehen habe

so sollte es heißen

You are sending an email with (hopefully activated) read receipt
and not calling... You should never specify the legal action.
