Allerdings ist mit nicht klar, warum hier nicht, wie es sonst üblich ist, einfach das past participle verwendet wird, um auszudrücken, dass der Relativsatz eine Passivkonstruktion ist, wenn man mal davon absieht, dass es sich furchtbar anhören würde
