Welche Zeit stimmt oder kann beides genommen werden?
" Why don't you bought this car?
"Why didn't you buy this car ?

Das erste ist ungrammatisch. In einem Prädikat kommt immer nur ein funktionales Verb (also nur ein Wort, dass nach Person und Zeit flektiert ist) vor.

"Why don't you bought this car?
"Why didn't you buy this car?
