Wir müssen demnächst einen Aufsatz über einen Arbeitstag in unserer Ausbildungsstätte abgeben.
Vielleicht könnt ihr mal schauen, ob Fehler darin sind oder ob man eventuell etwas besser formulieren könnte.

A day in the housing company
7.30 am: I arrive at the housing company and go into the department in which I am divided. According to my training plan. Currently at the reception. At the first, I open the
entry door and the automatic sliding door and I get the post from the letterbox. Next, I take care of the outbox, as proof of the letters, they are entered into the pc.
Now they can be bagged and stamped.
8.30 am: I verify the cash, if it is more than 1500 €, I give the money to my colleague. She takes the money and pays it into the bank. Also, she brings the letters to the post.
8.45 am: The entrance post will be stamped and entered into the pc, with detail of date of resubmittal. All letters get into a stapler and will be given to the chief.
10.30 am: Now I have time to check the bills, they are entered into the computer, too. Before they are entered, they are stamped and provided with a label.
12.00: am Lunch in the company canteen.
12.30 am: It continues with the invoice check. Throughout the day, tenant can pay their rent or deposit, I take the money and put out a receipt with the computer. Also I receive calls and I put the call through to the relevant colleagues.
3.30 pm: Finally, I balancing the cash and closing all doors.
4 pm: I leave the housing company.

I second count the cash, if it is more than € 1500, I give the money to my colleague.
She takes the money to the bank and pays it into the company's account.
She brings the outgoing letters to the post too.
8.45 am
The incoming mail is stamped and entered into a computer together with the date of ...
All letters are put into a box and are given to the boss.
10.30 am
Now I have time to check the bills, they are entered into the computer, too.
Before they are entered, they are stamped and provided with a label.
12.00 am
I eat lunch in the company's canteen.
12.30 am
I continue with the invoice check. Throughout the day, tenants can pay their rent or deposit,
I take the money and print out a receipt with the computer. I might also receive phone calls
and I put calls through to the relevant colleagues.
3.30 pm
I balance the cash and close all doors.
4.00 pm
Finally, I leave the housing company.
You should avoid writing informal half sentences without subject or verb.
