first of all, I want to thank you for reading my letter and taking time to get to know me.


My name is Sophie and I am 21 years old. I was born on ****** in Germany and I live in Magdeburg, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt. Magdeburg is a livable and lovable city and is situated on the Elbe. I live there with my two friends Maurice and Iris in a shared house together right in the city center. We now live together for almost 2 years.
My parents and our little dog live on the outskirts of Magdeburg, what was the reason for me to take off so early.
My mother Jana's office clerk, and my father Thomas is an engineer.

Right now I'm training as a educater. I finish the training in July 2013. I am an educator and I am looking forward to new experiences and to get to know a new culture - your culture, the English way of life. I hope to improve my English skills with this program.

To give you the first impression of me I would like to tell you something about my personality, interests and hobbies. If somebody asks my friends to describe myself in some words the most called words would be helpful, friendly and always polite person.
I love to have people around me and get to know new people. I have a good sense of humor and I love to laugh.
In my free-time I love to do different things. I like to read, to cook and bake, to go inline-skating, listening to music, playing volleyball or just to hang out with friends. My friends are very important to me. For me I can say that they are like my second family because we know each other for many years and we spend a lot of time together. We do different things. Sometimes we go to the cinema or to a restaurant, in summer we go to a lake or we meet each other for playing billiard or bowling.

Since October 2009, I've got my driving license.
I use my car from Monday to Friday to drive to the work and at the weekend to drive to my friends or when I need to buy something

I think that the most important thing that you are interested in is my experience in child-caring
During my training as a educater I was able to gain a lot of experience in dealing with children. we had pratikas in completing kindergarten, children's home, youth club and primary school. Since 2008, I drive in my summer holidays as a tutor to the children's summer camp.
For two years I have cared for once a week, the two children of a family friend. Young Sam is 6 years old and his sister Lina is 8 years old.
I often hit the playground with the kids, especially when the weather is fine. I think being outside is very important for children. It’s healthy, they have the possibility to meet their friends at the playground and they can discover the nature. Moreover, they like to play with their Barbies or other dolls and they love to ride their bikes or to paint with chalk on the streets. We always have a lot of fun playing together and we never get bored.
Sam and Lina are grateful about each minute you spend with them and you can make them so happy only because of sitting next to them!
Further I would like to become a caregiver for your kids and get responsibility for them, because working with kids is a great thing which I love to do. And especially I would be very happy to become a part of your family.

Hopefully, I could convince you to make me a part of your family. Entrusing me your greatest treasure would be a grand honor for me. I assure, you won't be disappointed!
