Why is school important?

In my opinion visiting school is important for us young people because the most of us don't really know what they want to do in the future, so that a school can be helpfully because of its many subjects. Only when we employ ourself with the subjects most intensive we can find out what our interests are.
Beyond that school can contribute to a personal development of young people because it teach them important rules in a society, for example to be friendly, helpfully, determined and also to not accept defeats, for example when you have written a bad mark.
In addition school teach you that there are people on the world, for example a teacher, who you not like. But instead to beat or insult them you should accept that they have a character which you not like. That is important to know because for your future employer it is inevitable to hire persons whith an ability to work in a team. In a team you will meet people with different characteristics.
Last but not least in the school you can find new friends, who can contribute to your personal development too. So it is important having the right friends.

so going to school can be helpful in order to learn more about many subjects.

But only when we are studying (all subjects) intensely will we be able to find out what our biggest talents and real interests are.

Beyond that school can contribute to the personal development of young people, because it teaches them important rules within a society,
for example to be helpful and friendly towards others, to be determined and to not accept defeat, for example when one has received a bad mark.

In addition school teaches you that there are many different people on this world, including people, for example teachers, you do not like.

But instead of beating or insulting them you should accept that they are humans too, although they have a character which you do not like.

This is very important, because in the future employers will only hire you with the ability to work in a team.

In a team you will have to work with people of different characters and abilities.

Last but not least in school you can find new friends, who can contribute to your personal development too.

So it is important to have the right friends.
