Is that a correct text?

Surrounded by a pine forest in the bay of Cikat on Mali Losinj, Hotel Bellevue is 50 metres from the sea with rocky and sandy beaches. The beaches feature sunbathing platforms, shaded by pine trees.Bellevue Hotel features a seasonal indoor swimming pool with heated seawater and hydrotherapy. In the summertime there are entertaining activities, hiking tours and various games offered.The spacious air-conditioned restaurant serves a choice of menus and a buffet with starters, soups and salads. You can also enjoy an à la carte meal at one of the restaurants by the seaside.

Is that a correct text, or are there any mistakes in there?
For example, I am not sure whether it is possible to write "In the summertime there are entertaining activities, hiking tours and various games offered" with are somewhere in the beginning and offered in the end. Shouldn't it be "are offered ..." or can anyone explain the rule to me.
