When it came to the statistic about asylum application, in the years between 2000 and 2008 things have dramatically changed. For about 12 years the number of asylum applications were slightly over 80 000. Just under a half of them were granted. While in the following year the number of asylum seekers decreased a bit, around 70 000 applied for asylum. The most “booming” year of foreigner in that statistic was in the year 2002, a way over 80 000 requested for asylum. That was the last year with over 70 000 asylum appliers. The number of asylum seekers was rapidly falling down. In the year 2003 the figures were about 50 000 people. In comparisons to the next annual the rate shrank to 30 000. Between 2004 and 2006 the figures from way over 30 000 has now reached his lowest rate of under 20 000. Surprisingly in 2007 there number of asylum seeker rose up a bit, from 20 000 to roughly 23 000. The next year was again a minimal dropping one.
The percentage of asylum granted and refused were in the years 2000 to 2005 about 50%. The number of accepted asylum seekers decreased rapidly in the year 2006, slightly fewer than 10% were accepted, that percentage level continuous up to 2008.

ich habe mir den Text mal angeschaut und einiges verbessert. Besonders achten muss du auf deine Satzstruktur. Wichtig ist, dass wenn du ein Jahr angeben möchtest, dass entweder am Anfang oder am Ende eines Satzes tust. Ich hoffe, dass dir der Text soweit gefällt
