Vielen Dank!
Dear Sir or Madam,
i am writing to complain about the poor quality of your shipped hard disk:
. After a system failure, while I was installing an OS, and
after a following hard disc checkup, it turned out that almost 20% of the disc's
sectors are disfunctional. Furthermore, almost 50% of the sectors have an
access time between 100ms to 500ms. According to most manufactors pu-
blished hard disc access times the delay has to be in a range of approximate-
ly 20ms to 100ms. At this point neither the basic functions work nor the quali-
ty is appropriate, if compared to a reasonable working hard disc of other ma-
nufactors.
I have to admit that I, at first, was highly delighted about the price of your
hard disc. It was a real knock-out price for a hard disc with a capacity of 1
TB. But if it doesn't merely work even that price is to high.
I am sending the hard disc back to you and i am expecting your refundation
as soon as possible.
Apparently my test computer took no further damage. So in that case you
presently stay out of recourse. You are supposed to consider that your article
description for the hard disc pointed out no disfunctionallity. Furthermore, you
don't refer in your packaging to the possibility of disfunctionallity. That conclu-
des your shipped good as a shipment against your article description. In that
way consequences for damaged system components would be also up to
you.
Yours faithfully
