Your punctuation and grammar are quite good overall, and it was easy to understand what you were writing about. I broke your writing into separate paragraphs the way that it would be printed in an English or American newspaper if you sent them your letter and they decided to publish it.

(1) It is correct like this, or you can say "Technology is very significant for conducting investigations." ('conducting' is just a more professional sounding word for 'doing')
(2) The word 'can' is not absolutely necessary here (it is still correct without it), but native English speakers would usually include it.
(3) Your sentences Many people use the internet and To look for a big holiday home or to buy a new kitchen should be made into one sentence.
(4) and (5) Technically, in very proper and formal English, these sentences would have commas ( , ) in them. They would say "With a car, you can go anywhere" and "With a car, you are very flexible." However, in the last 30+ years, more and more highly respected and educated professional writers in England and America would not use commas here because they are very short sentences.
So the general rule is that for very short sentences, it is ok to leave commas out if it sounds to you like it makes the sentence flow/move too slowly.
