Ich habe in der Schule Projektarbeit und ich muss einen Telefongespräch schreiben. Ich bin echt nicht gut im Englisch und ich weiss, dass ich viele Fehler gemacht habe, deshalb bitte ich euch um Hilfe. Bitte hilft mir bei der Kontrolle.


Englisch Dialog
A: Käuferin B: Assistant C: Mr. Smith

A: Good Morning. My name is *******.

B: Good Morning, ******* my name is Carlos Antonio, I`m the assistant of Mr. Smith. How can I help you?

A: I would like to calling about the auction from yesterday. Can I speak the relevant person of this auction?

B: Sorry? I didn`t get that. Could you speak more slowly, please?

A: Sorry! Yes I will speak slower. My question was, if I can speak with the relevant person of this auction.

B: Yes, but the relevant person Mr. Smith isn`t available at the moment. He is out for a conversation.

A: Do you know when Mrs. Smith will be back?

B: I think he is back in 30 minutes. Would you like to leave a message for him?

A: Yes, it would be very nice. My problem is that on the auction from yesterday I have seen my friend. I have waved him and the auctioneer Mr. Smith understand this as a offer and I want resign from contract.

B: Yes, of course I take him this message. If you give me your phone number, Mr. Smith will call you back.

A: My phone number is *******.

B: Thank you. Could you spell your name please, because I want make a notice.

A: Yes. *******
Thank you very much. If Mr. Smith back, he will call you.

A: Thank you, too. Bye!

B: Bye. Have a nice day!

After 30 minutes later, Mr. Smith called Mrs. *******.

C: Hello Mrs. *******, I`m Mr. Smith. My assistant told me about your problem. Can you give me more informations about the situation?

A: Yes, of course. Yesterday When I have seen my friend on the auction I have waved him and you understand this as an offer. Is that not are mistake in the utterance?

C: Yes, excuse me Mrs. *******. That was my mistake and that`s right you have the law to refuse the letter of intent/transaction. We will refuse this contract and them we send a letter to your home.

A: That`s great. Thank you for your Comprehension.

C: No Problem. Bye

A: Bye!

? It’s just because I want to make a note.

B: Thank you very much. When Mr Smith gets back, he will call you.

After 30 minutes later, Mr Smith called Mrs *******.

C: Hello Mrs*******, Mr Smith speaking. My assistant told me about your problem. Can you give me more informatio
n about the situation?

A: Yes, of course. Yesterday When I
saw my friend at the auction I have waved him and you had understood this as an offer. Is that not are mistake in the utterance? Due to this misunderstanding I’d like to ask you to cancel the contract.

C:
I’m sorry to hear that Mrs *******. That was my mistake and, of course, that`s right you have the right to refuse the letter of intent/transaction. We will cancel this contract as soon as possible and then we send a confirmation to you.


A: That`s great. Thank you for your
comprehension.

C: No
problem. Bye

A: Bye!
