In a multicultural society live people from different backgrounds, nationalities, languages and religions together. Many people said that it is difficult to live side by side with a different culture. People of the same nationality, religion or culture can adapt themselves into groups and not others. But if the adjustment to other people works, multiculturalism would has many advantages. People can learn much from other cultures and religions and prejudices can be abolished. Even the language plays an important role. Important for to learn the culture of others, is to speak a common language. Multiculturalism is only possible if immigrant an natives respect each other.

Many people have said that it is not easy to include members of other cultures in a community.
Believers of the same faith, fellow citizens or people with a similar cultural origin can usually adapt more easily than others.
But joining local groups or working with others can help everyone to enjoy the many benefits of multiculturalism.
People have the opportunity to learn much from other cultures and religions.
Gaining an understanding and building relationships can lead to the abolishment of prejudices.
It is also important to learn (and use) the dominant local language in a new environmemt.
Speaking a common language enables direct communication.
This is important, because it helps to get to know the culture of others.
Multiculturalism is only possible if immigrants and natives respect each other.
