Hi!

"At first Obama's speech is about the development of the United State of America.
He thinks that for example the racism is not spread so extremely how few centuries in the past. In addition Obama mentions that students come to the United States of America from over 100 different countries into find success in the unlikelist of places.
In the second part of his speech Obama speaks to the people directly and asks them (bat sie um ...) for their support in order to bring changes."

Vielen Dank erst mal für die Hilfe, allerdings hätte ich gern noch einige Erklärungen zu bestimmten Korrekturen:

Wieso "as wide"? Und zum Zweiten: Wann setzt man "as" in einen Satz am besten ein? Ich verwechsel "as" nämlich öfter mal mit "how" ...

Was hat "about" an dieser Stelle für eine konkrete Bedeutung?

Zum Beispiel sagte er, dass Rassismus nicht mehr so weit verbreitet und extrem ist wie vor einigen Jahrzehnten.
