Antworten können ruhig auch deutsch sein.I am currently writing a work and I am not sure whether I must use "overview on" or "overview of" in multiple situations. I opted for "overview on " at first. However, my supervisor (not a native speaker either) told me to change ALL "overview on" to "overview of". Therefore my question is: Is that correct? Should I always write "overview of", irrespective of the situation this phrase is used? Or is there a rule when I should use "overview on" and "overview of"? In the following I added some examples. Maybe you can use them for explaining this issue to me.
