Although I can understand that you may not want to be "too" honest to this company,
but you didn't mention to us the real reason behind your decision either.
So you'll have to decide yourself how much you tell them about your reasons.
Remember that giving honest feedback could help both parties to change/improve and
thereby create the base for future collaboration etc.
by showing that one can trust you to make reasonable decisions.

Naja, das sind so offensichtliche Gruende dass du da wohl kaum ueberzeugend beteuern kannst
dir fuer die Entscheidung Zeit genommen zu haben...

Also dann wuerde ich den Grund vielleicht doch eher weglassen.
