Hello Marta,
guess where I´m writing from. I´m sitting in a park which is in Paris. Do you know where the park is? It´s the park immediately in front of the eifel tower. That´s a fantastic view. I arrived here two days ago and I think it is a very fantastic and beautiful place. The weather was on the first day here not so beautiful because it was raining the whole day, but today it is very warm. We have a temperature of 25 degrees and the sun is always shining. I´m sure the weather is equally good at home. Don´t get sunburn! Seriously I think it´s very pity that you couldn´t come with me to Paris because it is really nice here and we would have a lot of fun together. However there are a lot of interesting sights in this city. For example the eifel tower (I think everyone have to see this sight at least once of his life), the Louvre and a lot of others. I´ve been touring now for two weeks. I will spend this week in Paris and at the weekend I will drive to Cannes, because I have heard that this city is also very beautiful. Now I have to finish because I will go to the next restaurant to eat a meal.

Guess where I‘m writing from. I’m sitting in a park which is in Paris. Do you know where the parkis? It´s the park right in front of the Eifel Tower. What a fantastic view! I arrived here two days ago and I think it is a very fantastic and beautiful place. Cars in cities - do we really need them?


Most people have actually a car to move on everywhere. Often they are using the car whereas they would need by foot for the same distance only some minutes more. Is it necessary for such people to use their car? I think it is not necessary. That´s why I think it is a good idea to forbid the cars in big cities like as it in London is, because it is a very good occasion to save the environment preparatory to the fumes of the cars. Nobody can tell me that it wouldn´t be also very healthy and good for the people if they walked by foot through the inner-city. If people don´t use cars in the downtown, they would not alone protect the nature, but also the health of the pedestrians. However, I think the people would be faster on the way if they used public transports like subways or busses. To conclude, I think that a prohibition for cars in all big cities would have in any case a lot of advantages. I´m sure it would be also a very important move to save our planet.




What are the good and bad sides of playing games?


A lot of games are useful for people, but you have to know that there are also kinds of games which are senselessly and could also have disadvantages. One kind of such games are often computer-games. If people play computer games only from time to time it is not bad, but there are people, especially young guys, who spend their time regularly with their computer. That´s the cause why people are getting more and more unsocial because they are always sitting in front of their computers or games consoles instead of going out and meeting their friends. This kind of games is also worst, because the young boys and girls restrict on this way only their eyesight. On the other hands there are games which have also advantages. For example games where the people have to use their brains. To sum up I think there are both advantages and disadvantages by this topic. But I think there are more disadvantages as advantages because most of the people are playing games which are not challenging for their brain.

(Wenn die Fahrt drei Stunden dauert, sind einige Minuten mehr, recht viel.) Is it necessary for such people to use their car? I think it is not necessary. That´s why I think it is a good idea to forbid the cars in big cities like as it isthe case in London is because.This is a very good occasion to save the environment because there would be less exhaust fumes of the cars. Nobody can tell me that it wouldn´t be also very healthy and good for the people if they walked on foot through the inner city instead of driving. If people don´t use cars in the downtown (AmE) town centre (BrE), they would not only protect the nature, but also the health of the pedestrians. However, I think the people would be faster on the way if they used public transports like subways or buses. To conclude, I think that a prohibition for cars in all big cities would bring in any case a lot of advantages. I´m sure it would be also a very important movement to save our planet.

Was meinst du den mit Kurzform oder Langform, wäre super wenn du mir das mal erklären könntest? Weiß nämlich nicht genau, was du damit meinst

Du verwendest in Deinem Text einige sogenannte Kurzformen (englisch auch contractions). Damit ist gemeint, dass Du z.B.

that's why
wouldn't
don't

schreibst, welches eigentlich Formen sind, die in der mündlichen Sprache verwendet werden. Dafür ziehst Du zwei Wörter zusammen und dabei fallen 1 oder mehrere Buchstaben weg, was durch das Auslassungszeichen (Apostroph ') gekennzeichnet wird.
Die Langformen zu den oben genannten Beispielen sind

In formellen Texten, Briefen und Hausaufgaben werden in der Regel die Langformen verwendet.
