Hallo,

ich bin neu hier im Forum und bräuchte auch gleich ein bisschen Hilfe bei einer "Transcription".

Folgende Nachrichten muss ich nieder schreiben:

Aber nur den englischen Teil (Minute 9-12)

Bei folgenden Stellen hab ich Probleme:

  Für mich würde der Satz nur Sinn ergeben, wenn statt "with" "in which" stehen würde. Außerdem müsste es doch "suggests" heißen? (information suggests)
• 09:47 who carried out the ????? assault that killed Bin Laden.
• 10:35
  The government is ready to go ahead reforms, general? reforms, that this will be the best formula for maintaining stability in the country.
  
  Das "that" macht für mich hier keinen Sinn..
• 11:00
  Brazil Supreme Court has ruled in favor of permitting same unions.
  "permitting" würde hier super rein passen, aber sagt sie nicht etwas wie "permissing"?
• 11:22
  The European Union Commissioner for Development,Andris Piebalgs, is in Ivory Coast to sign a deal for ?????? $16 million worth of aid. Early results from local and regional elections in Britain suggest the Liberal Democrats ???? their coalition partners in the conservative ????? government have suffered substantial losses. Results will be announced later today and the referee ?????? introducing an alternative vote system to elect the MPs. The changes widely? expected to be rejected.
  And the weather: Generally sunny. Top Temperatures: (sagt sie noch irgendwas hier?) 15° and up to 24° degrees in the west.

Den einen Teil kann ich auch nicht verstehen, aber ich habe nochmal reingelauscht und folgende Punkte verbessert:

aber wenn man einmal etwas gehört hat, ist es schwer etwas anderes raus zuhören.

Macht der Satz Sinn, wenn ich hier einfach ein "and" einfüge:
Early results from local and regional elections in Britain suggest the Liberal Democrats and their coalition partners in the conservative led government have suffered substantial losses.

Eigentlich schon oder? Auch wenn es meiner Meinung nach eine komische Formulierung wäre..


Eine Kleinigkeit ist mir noch aufgefallen..
Müsste es nicht, " If the government is ready.. then this will be..", heißen?
So hab ich das zumindest gelernt..

Ja, ich finde, so ergibt er durchaus Sinn. Aber ich hörte da irgendwie etwas wie "due" oder so, was ich einfach in keinen sinnvollen Satz einbauen konnte. Nimm Du man ruhig "and", schlimmstenfalls ist es ein Fehler, den Du dann eben verbesserst... Ich habe da auch noch einen Bindestrich hinzugefügt.

Eine Kleinigkeit ist mir noch aufgefallen..
Müsste es nicht, " If the government is ready.. then this will be..", heißen? Da hast Du auch völlig Recht. ich habe auch extra nochmal hingehört, aber der Reporter, der ja deutlich kein "native speaker" war, hat da einen grammatischen Fehler gemacht beim Sprechen. Sowas kommt ja vor. Wir nennen das übrigens in der Linguistik einen "performance error".

Wahrscheinlich kennt der Sprecher die Regel sogar, aber im Eifer des Gefechts - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes...

Hierzu noch kurz: "information" ist im Englischen ein Substantiv, von dem es keinen regelmäßigen Plural auf "s" gibt, sondern eine Umschreibung wie z.B. "many pieces of information". Hier ist offensichtlich das "many pieces of" einfach weggelassen worden, das geht im gesprochenen Englisch durchaus, trotzdem geht man davon aus, dass es sich nicht nur um eine einzelne Information handeln muss, sondern um mehrere, also ist das Prädikat dementsprechend angepasst: "suggest".

Ja, das macht alles Sinn was du sagts

Nimm Du man ruhig "and", schlimmstenfalls ist es ein Fehler, den Du dann eben verbesserst...

Solange der Satz Sinn ergibt, wird es niemanden auffallen. Keiner wird sich die News anhören, da es darum geht, dass ich sie vorlese. Dabei wird genauestens auf meine Aussprache geachtet.

Ich würde eh noch gerne einen Tread eröffnen, in dem ich vorlese und mich andere beurteilen können..
