Prepositions. Sätze verbessern.

Hallo

Als Hausaufgabe muss ich ein Arbeitsblatt bearbeiten.
Aber ich bin mir bei einigen Sätzen nicht sicher;
ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen !!

"Check the prepositions and spot mistakes."

1. The book deals with an adolescent's disillusioning journey through Canada.
2. He has left school for good and does not want to stay by his grandparents. So he starts out of his own.
3. In opposite to the grown-ups he meets, Gary is a very sensitive young guy.
4. In my view K. L. tries to warn us against the .... .
- Alle drei Sätze machen einen richtigen Eindruck auf mich, aber stimmt mein Eindruck denn auch ?

"Pick the right preposition." - Hier weiß ich nicht welche ich nehmen soll.

1. To reject to/ oder against an unfair decleration. ?
2. It contains .... few, if any, subclauses. Was zur Hölle soll da rein : D ?

Habe ich es richtig übersetzt ?

1. Bei mir ist es etwas anderes - For me it is s.th different.
2. Bei Geschichten hängt viel von dem Ende ab. - In stories the end is important.
3. Beim näherem Hinsehen wir das klar. - Da hab ich eher Probleme mit dem Rest als mit der Präposition
3. ... Schiller everything is different. - Da muss an den Anfang ein "bei" hin, nur was für eines .-.
4. ... the fact that everybody is broke we'd better forget about it. - Kann man "im Hinblick auf" mit "in terms of" übersetzen ??

1. Bei mir ist es etwas anderes - For me it is something else.
2. Bei Geschichten hängt viel von dem Ende ab. - In stories a lot depends on the end.
3. Beim näherem Hinsehen wird das klar. - On closer scrutiny, it becomes clear.
3. With Schiller everything is different.
4. With regard to the fact that everybody is broke we'd better forget about it.

Da habe ich auch drüber nachgedacht und noch die eine oder andere kleine Anmerkung:

1. The book deals with an adolescent's disillusioning journey through Canada.

3. In contrast to the grown-ups he meets, Gary is a very sensitive young guy.
4. In my view, K. L. tries to warn us about ("against" geht allerdings auch) the .... .
