Language Biography
My first language is German.
I started learning English in the third grade of primary school. Then I attended grammar school, where I had two enormously different teachers. My first English teacher told us a lot of stories and we had to work in pairs very often. On the contrary, my second teacher was focused on grammar and writing, probably because her pronunciation was quite poor. My second language was Latin, and I have not learned a third foreign langue. Indeed, I enjoyed my language lessons at school.
I decided to study English, because it is highly important to be able to speak a foreign language, especially English.
This semester is not my first one at university, due to the fact that I have studied Mathematics for almost four years.
And now I do English and Maths “Lehramt” and I hope to become a good teacher.
