Abend!
Könntet ihr bitte meine Summary korrigieren? :D

The story "My Son the Fanatic" is about a conflict between Parvez, a pakistani taxi-driver who's living with his wife in London, and his son Ali who grew up in England and studies accounting.
Parvez is very integrated in the western society which means that he eats pork and drinks alcohol which is actually forbidden in his culture. Ali gets more and more isolated from the western civilization and his father. Moreover, Ali starts to seperate himself from everything thats western, like for instance his guitar, his western clothes, video-games and even from his girlfriend.
Instead, he begins to pray five times a day, visites the mosque daily and (starts to (?) ) grew a beard.
Thats why Parvez gets worried about him and asks his friend Bettina, a prostitute, for advice.
After many arguments with Ali, Parvez finally loses his self-control and hits his son (bloody?).
But instead of defending himslef, Ali just asks him who the real 'fanatic' is.

Danke!

Wäre sehr nett, wenn jemand das kurz korrigieren würde, ist nämlich sehr wichtig.

Danke

The story 'My Son the Fanatic" is about a conflict between Parvez, a Pakistani taxi-driver who is living in London together with his wife and his son. His son Ali who grew up in England and who is currently studying accounting.
Parvez is fully integrated into the way of life of the Western countries which means that he eats pork and drinks alcohol.
Ali gets more and more isolated from the Western society and from his father. Moreover, he separates himself from everything which is British, like for instance his guitar, his Western clothes, his video-games and even from his girlfriend.
That's why Parvez is worried about his son and asks his friend Bettina, a prostitute, for advice.
He finds out that Ali has started to pray five times a day, attends the mosque daily and that is growing a beard.
After many arguments with Ali, Parvez lost his self-control and hits his son until he bled.
But instead of defending himself, Ali just asked Parvez who then the real 'fanatic' was.
