Hallo Leute,

ich würde mich sehr über alternative Sätze bzw. Korrekturen zu den folgenden Sätzen posten könntet:

A.) In times of shortening product lifecycles shortening product development times are required.


B.) An example for this would be that different kinds of doors for a car fit in the fixings of the car so different door types can be used in dependency of the customers wish.

A.) In times of shortening product life cycles, a shortening of product development times is also required.

Mögliche (etwas einfachere) Alternative: "As product life cycles shorten, so too must product development times."

B.) An example for this would be the way that different kinds of car door can be fitted into the fixings of a car, so that different door types can be used depending on the customer's wish.

Ich glaube zu verstehen, was du damit ausdrücken willst, bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher, ob der Sinn (auch mit meinen Veränderungen) klar rüberkommt... würde ich vielleicht leicht umformulieren - möglich wäre: "An example of this is the way that different kinds of car door are produced with the same fittings, allowing the customer to choose the type that appeals the most to them."
